SUMMARY
This is running in Linux (Debian Buster, appimage).

When you are in kdenlive's settings window, and you click the "Help" button in the lower right vorner of that window, it brings up a web browser showing a 404 (page not found) error.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In kdenlive, click onb the "Settings" menu item.
2. Select "Configure Kdenlive..."
3. In the configuration window, click the "Help" button in the lower right corner

OBSERVED RESULT
A web browser comes up showing a 404 error
