Created attachment 131235 [details] Video of blinking expand folder symbol SUMMARY Just upgraded my KDE Neon system to focal and I'm running into several bugs/issues. On Dolphin the expand folder icon/symbol is repeatedly flashing next to folders that do not have subfolders. See attached video. Oddly enough, the flashing is not captured on the video as much as it is happening. Using recordmydesktop gets about 1/4th of the flashing symbols. Theme is Breeze, Plasma style is Air, Application style is Oxygen. Video information is: OpenGL vendor string: NVIDIA Corporation OpenGL renderer string: GeForce GT 1030/PCIe/SSE2 OpenGL core profile version string: 4.6.0 NVIDIA 390.138 OpenGL core profile shading language version string: 4.60 NVIDIA OpenGL core profile context flags: (none) OpenGL core profile profile mask: core profile OpenGL core profile extensions: OpenGL version string: 4.6.0 NVIDIA 390.138 OpenGL shading language version string: 4.60 NVIDIA OpenGL context flags: (none) OpenGL profile mask: (none) OpenGL extensions: OpenGL ES profile version string: OpenGL ES 3.2 NVIDIA 390.138 OpenGL ES profile shading language version string: OpenGL ES GLSL ES 3.20
I can confirm this bug. Dolphin version: 20.08.2 Operating System: openSUSE Tumbleweed 20201030 KDE Plasma Version: 5.20.2 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.75.0 Qt Version: 5.15.1 Kernel Version: 5.9.1-1-default OS Type: 64-bit Processors: 4 × Intel® Core™ i5-2500 CPU @ 3.30GHz Memory: 15.6 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: GeForce GTX 1060 3GB/PCIe/SSE2
I can confirm this bug, too. Also, Dolphin has significant CPU usage when idle, presumably caused by this blinking. All three of us have NVIDIA graphics, might be related to this. Operating System: Gentoo Linux KDE Plasma Version: 5.20.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.77.0 Qt Version: 5.15.2 Kernel Version: 5.4.97-gentoo OS Type: 64-bit Processors: 12 × AMD Ryzen 5 2600X Six-Core Processor Memory: 15,7 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER/PCIe/SSE2
