SUMMARY
Provide ability to change login shell in user manager.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go into the User Manager.
2. See that there is no way to change user's login shell.
3.

It will allow users (me, for example) change user's login shell without going to console and using chsh, that's all.

Avoiding needing to go to a console for something that only affects the console doesn't really seem a worthwhile reason.
