Usage log of this session

SUMMARY
When adding brushes to a custom tag group in the brush presets docker, the default tags are duplicated: https://i.imgur.com/xvcj1q7.png
Restarting the program fixes the problem, until one decides to add to custom tag groups again, in the brush presets docker.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a custom tag group in brush presets
2. Start adding brushes to that custom tag group
3. Default tags that are below the custom tag are duplicated, "My Favorites" is duplicated the most.

OBSERVED RESULT
Adding brushes to a custom tag causes duplication of default tags.

EXPECTED RESULT
Default tags are not duplicated.
