Description Claudius Ellsel 2020-08-25 19:27:31 UTC
SUMMARY
I use a vertical monitor with FHD resolution and one horizontal one with WQHD. When SDDM loads, it displays in the wrong orientation on the vertical one. Also it has some kind of window in window appearance on the WQHD screen.

If somebody knows an easy way to do a screenshot in that state of loading, I could probably also try that to be able to outline the problem more clearly.

Still happening after the update to 5.20.

Component is probably wrong, might also be an upstream problem of SDDM?

After signing in Plasma loads. There is some rearrangement going on then and also the cursor changes its position several times. Might be related.
Comment 5 Claudius Ellsel 2020-11-28 16:48:35 UTC
This does not seem to happen on Tumbleweed, so might be Manjaro related.

This looks like an SDDM bug. Please report this issue to SDDM developers.
