SUMMARY
The "installed" section of discover is rather confusing. For example: 
several okular plugins show up separately although they are in one package. So they can't be deinstalled separately.

Also, I think it would be nice if there would be separate sublists for apps, extensions and plasma-plugins (as it is for available programs). It would make the list a little more straightforward.
