SUMMARY
Whenever I tried to create a new file, Krita just stops responding.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Krita
2. Create new file
3. Krita will stop responding

OBSERVED RESULT
It will stop responding

EXPECTED RESULT
A new file will be created

Obviously, this doesn't happen to the approximately 3,000,000 other users of Krita on Windows, so there's something broken on your system. But you're not giving any useful information whatsoever.

Please do the following:

* Check whether changing the renderer in settings->configure krita->display makes a difference
* Check whether the current stable nightly builds do work (https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Krita_Stable_Windows_Build/)
* Attach the contents of help->show system information for bug reports to this report
* Attach the contents of help->show krita log for bug reports to this report
