SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Zoom
2. Paint with a brush
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
The brush doe not move over the canvas smoothly, it kind of jumps and delays

EXPECTED RESULT
Painting will be done through smooth brush movement
