SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. When I open Ktorrent, a pop-up message tell me : hôte geolite.maxmind.com: Hôte introuvable inconnu
2. I close Ktorrent and then it is impossible to open Ktorrent : i must reboot de Virtual Machine of OpenSuse 15.2
3. I tried to resolve the problem by installing the package from YAst : geolite2legacy : No result the bug is steel the same.

OBSERVED RESULT : I can't re-open Ktorrent. I've read https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=403054 but I don't understand how to use this messages for OpenSuse 15.2


EXPECTED RESULT : Have a package I could install from YAst, or from the Konsole via zypper, or a package .rpm to resolve this problem ?

Bug 403054 is not fixed, the discussion only mentioned possible ways to fix it.
