Open Konsole 2. ls in a folder with pictures 3. The thumbnail is not displayed OBSERVED RESULT I can't see the thumbnails EXPECTED RESULT I should see the thumbnails of the pictures with mouse over SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch Linux KDE Plasma Version: 5.19.4 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.73 Qt Version: 5.15 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION An screenshot was attached.
Edit Profile -> Mouse -> Misc -> Underline Files. without underline files we can't display thumbnails.
I known it! I known that this was a misconfiguration issue but I couldn't find how to fix it. Thanks!

IMHO there should be a hint in the settings or the settings should be combined. The current UX is confusing at best.
More thoughts: The setting talks about "underlining files", which does not mean that without underlining, Konsole wouldn't try to recognize text as files. This setting sounds like an visual feature only, which is(?) misleading in the current state.

Postix, The current way that konsole handles settings is not good, this is a bug on it's own, I'v asked the visual design team to help me consolidate the settings. for now the fix is to enable underline files.
