I picked a color from both the PNG from the top left thats from the game AND my drawing itself. The message keeps on appearing.

SUMMARY
When I used the color picked to rip a color off a image to use on my own art it says "Cannot write to palette file C:/Program Files/Krita (x64)/share/krita/palettes/concept-cookie.gpl. Maybe it is read-only.". This is the first time it happened after months of using kirta and I don't know how to fix it. Even though this message pops up, I get the color I picked. But EVERY TIME I pick a color this message pops up and its starting to get annoying.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Grabbed a image off google images
2. Use color picker on the image
3. Gets the message

OBSERVED RESULT
Gets the message: "Cannot write to palette file C:/Program Files/Krita (x64)/share/krita/palettes/concept-cookie.gpl. Maybe it is read-only."
Color is picked, but every time color is picked, this message will appear.

EXPECTED RESULT
Use color picker on a image without the message appearing.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I dont know if using png or jpeg files affects it, but thats what I've been using for months, getting game images from DRAGALIA LOST and using it for color only. This problem only started happening a few weeks ago for me.

Make sure that you don't have the "Add color to palette" option checked in the color picker's tool options, or that you select a palette in the local resource folder, instead of Krita's installation folder.

Since we copy all default resources to the writable user resource folder in master, the bug won't happen there.
