SUMMARY
Cannot install julia backend for cantor.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install cantor (apt install cantor...)
2. Attempt to install julia backend (apt install cantor-backend-julia)

OBSERVED RESULT

Well, looks like this is problem with packages. We will address this problem to package team.

julia has now been added back as the version in focal is suitable for cantor
