show the cursor bug

SUMMARY
the cursor is not consistent when changing it from settings, the desktop cursor is the same thing
(there is a short video attached)


STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. go to the cursor settings in system settings 
2. change to a different cursor 
3. go to the desktop 

OBSERVED RESULT
the destop cursor does not change 


EXPECTED RESULT
the desktop  cursor changes to the new cursor ( this also happens to the about page as shown in the picture and sometimes when hovering above icons )

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
if i kill the plasma desktop with kquitapp and start it again it uses the new theme, but if i use plasmashell --replace & it does not. 

and sometimes it randomly happens
