Create a mail with KMail and have a picture embedded (e.g. screenshot from spectacle

Actual result:
Picture is displayed as icon in the text (HTML-Mail)

Expected result:
Picture is displayed in the flow of text

Sounds like bug#423267 that should be fixed in 5.15.0 (20.08.0).
