Can confirm, installing KNS 5.72 and discover 5.19.4 made no difference.

(Just want to add that the loading works for all the individual KNS dialogs in the KCMs).

I can confirm under Archlinux, fresh install. Still present in Plasma 5.20.0 KDE Frameworks version 5.75.0 Qt version: 5.15.1

Same problem with 5.20.3 build from source, on blackPanther OS. (I need temporary removed kns backend from official package) Another problem: not installable packages listed and displayed with inactive "install" buttons
