SUMMARY
Icons that indicate "not connected" status of bl devices in "Available devices"  list (aka "list of not connected devices") are duplicating function of list itself.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open bluetooth applet in statusbar
2. Turn bluetooth on, if needed
3. You have to have saved (previously connected) devices

OBSERVED RESULT
Unnecessary icons

EXPECTED RESULT
No unnecessary icons

[applet] Don't show emblem for disconnected devices

It's redundant visual noise since they all show up in an "Available
Devices" section anyway.
