SUMMARY
Icons on the toolbar buttons are abnormally large even when the small size is selected

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start the digiKam
2. See the icons

OBSERVED RESULT
Icons are too large

EXPECTED RESULT
Icons should not exceed the buttons size

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: win10 x64

Read the double bug report for the workaround. In the next pre-release of digiKam-7.1.0 it can be configured in the setup. This setting is required for 4k screens.
