Description newptcai 2020-08-11 11:37:14 UTC
SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a PDF with okular like this one http://amini.gsucreate.org/Security20.pdf
2. Add a popup annotation (any annotation works)
3. Try to click a citation number, e.g., [21], in blue color.

OBSERVED RESULT

The cursor does not change shape. Cannot click the citation number.

EXPECTED RESULT

The cursor should change to the shape of a hand with a finger pointing at the citation link. Click it will take you to reference section.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Okular 1.3.3

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Change page size solves the problem temporarily. But adding annotation again causes the problem again.

Works fine for me, your version is quite old.

Any chance you can try a newer one?

If you have flatpak support in your distro maybe try installing and running https://flathub.org/apps/details/org.kde.okular ?

Yes. It problem does not exist in Okular 1.10.3 version.

I did not realize I was using a very old version.
