4.3 Default Resource Bugs

SUMMARY
Previously I have tried to import brushes to Krita, but as soon as I had done so, almost all of my brushes seem to have disappeared, and the default resource icon is red. This occurs even when I delete all of the files, and uninstall from Steam, as this is the paid version. Due to the fact almost all of my brushes are gone, I cannot draw.

It looks like you previously edited the default resources and saved them as your personal resources. That would cause this situation.
If so, that would not be a bug in krita.

Can you go to https://krita-artists.org/  Sign up and post a topic about your situation there. That forum is a place for help and advice and discussions.
