Just discovered that i'm getting this issue also. Operating System: Arch Linux KDE Plasma Version: 5.21.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.82.0 Qt Version: 5.15.2 Kernel Version: 5.12.5-zen1-1-zen OS Type: 64-bit Graphics Platform: X11 Processors: 16 × AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core Processor Memory: 31.3 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti/PCIe/SSE2
This has been effectively fixed in Plasma 5.22 by reducing the opacity to 0 for the windows in the corner. So even if the underlying problem remains, it will no longer ever manifest in a visual problem.
