SUMMARY
Watch the attached screen recording please.
This bug is not reproducible with Adwaita gtk3 theme,
the recorded gtk3 app is Ex Falso tag editor included in Quod Libet music player.

EXPECTED RESULT
Arrow with good visibility on mouseover. And it should never disappear.

weird, seems like some kind of cache corruption issue. I once had a similar issue with Lollypop when using the Breeze theme which the developer said was a GTK issue. Maybe the same thing here?

Cannot reproduce with current Breeze GTK; it's been some time since this bug was originally opened, so I'm going to assume something fixed it since then. Feel free to reopen if you can still reproduce the bug.
