SUMMARY
When attempting to use the Tab key in a keybinding the focus will instead move to the next element instead of being used in the keybinding.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Attempt to set keybinding to Modifier + Tab.

OBSERVED RESULT
Pressing the Tab key moves the focus to the following element, preventing it from being used in the keybinding.

EXPECTED RESULT
TAB key
