Incorrect window composition

SUMMARY
On Windows 10, a new install of Kate appears to be lacking a toolkit reference that causes the UI to use a fallback configuration for the application window.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install on Windows 10 (on 1909 with all updates installed)
2. Launch Kate

OBSERVED RESULT
UI looks like it utilizes old Windows NT references to build the window (see attachments)

EXPECTED RESULT
Normal themed Kate application window (per attachment from Kate-editor.org)

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 1909 (18363.959)
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.69.0
Qt Version: 5.15.0

Have now tested via installations from the releases page:

https://binary-factory.kde.org/view/Windows%2064-bit/job/Kate_Release_win64/

And have also tried via installation from scoop (https://scoop.sh)

Could you retry with a current version from either the store or binary factory.

They should look OK like in the screenshots here I did some weeks ago:

Can confirm that this seems to work now; tested both the latest 20.12.2 from the Microsoft store, and 20.12.3 installed from the nightly binary
(packaged here: https://github.com/lukesampson/scoop via the extras bucket, fetching from binary-factory.kde.org)

Thanks again!
