SUMMARY
I can't reproduce this behavior when baloo is enabled.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. disable baloo running "balooctl disable"
2. open Dolphin
3. press ctrl+f
4. search for something present in your Home (Dolphin shows the search results as expected)
5. search for another thing present in your Home

OBSERVED RESULT
second search has no result

EXPECTED RESULT
search feature should always work when baloo is disabled

I have Baloo disabled, but I am unable to reproduce the bug. The subsequent searches work as expected for me.

Cannot reproduce with Dolphin 21.12.1 on Arch Linux.
