For tablet driver issues like this it's best to go to user forum like krita-artists.org , since this website bugs.kde.org is development-oriented, not user-oriented.

It will probably be fixed if you switch Krita to Windows Ink: https://docs.krita.org/en/contributors_manual/user_support.html#quick-solutions and make sure to restart your PC afterwards. If you still experience issues, please go to krita-artists.org website to ask for help there.
