STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. connect a usb stick do usb port (my usb stick is formatted with fat32 file system if it matters)
2. mount the usb stick via Dolphin (my system doesn't mount usb devices automatically)
3. open kde partition manager
4. select the usb stick in the left side
5. right-click on the partition of the usb stick, choose "Unmount"
6. right-click on the same partition, choose "Mount"

OBSERVED RESULT
kpm fails to mount the partition and shows an error message.
See the attached screenshot please.

EXPECTED RESULT
kpm should mount the partition
