partitions listed twice

SUMMARY
When we install kdf, "Storage devices" kcm is created in System Settings, it lists partitions mounted on boot twice.
Compare the attached screenshots please.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use a system with more than one partition
2. set secondary partitions to be mounted on boot
3. reboot
4. open System Settings > Storage Devices

OBSERVED RESULT
secondary partitions mounted on boot are listed twice

EXPECTED RESULT
all partitions should be listed once
