new transfer button

SUMMARY

"New transfer" button in the toolbar always is disabled

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a KMM file, 
2. choose an account in the ledger
3. try to click on the "New transfer" button in the ledger

OBSERVED RESULT

This button is disabled.

EXPECTED RESULT

It should be possible to click on this button once in the ledger.

xubuntu 20.04

The button is only enabled when you have accounts mapped to online services that allow to transfer money from your account. If you don't have that it will remain disabled.
