SUMMARY
Ignore Directories not working

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. "C:\Users\Paul\Pictures\Luminar Catalog" entered under Ignore Directories
2. 
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
all Luminar thunbnails still shown.

Do not specify the full path, only "Luminar Catalog".

Working now. Thanks for the clarification.

With or without path was not clear for me from the description.
