SUMMARY
downloads stopped when switching users

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. login as user A, open ktorrent, start downloads
2. switch to user B (dm-tool switch-to-user userB, or Ctrl+Alt+F8), all downloads stopped (bandwidth not used)
3. switch back to user (Ctrl+Alt+F7), downloads started again
4. switch back to user B (Ctrl+Alt+F8), all downloads stopped again..

OBSERVED RESULT
downloads stopped when switching to another user

EXPECTED RESULT
downloads should not be stopped even when switching user

Linux/KDE Plasma: Ubuntu 20.04 using XFCE4
