SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Pair the computers with KDE
2. Transfer a file from one computer to another

OBSERVED RESULT
A notification will be launched of the file transfer in progress, however, the progress never starts.

EXPECTED RESULT
The file should be transferred.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: 20.04.1 TLS
KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.68.0
Qt Version: 5.12.8

This was resolved updating the openssl and libssl libraries. In newer Ubuntu versions, issue is not present.
