SUMMARY

I recently created a fresh user; I typically do "Show All Entries" for the systray, and then disable ones I don't want (klipper, touchpad, etc). To my surprise, all entries were actually "Disabled" by default, meaning I could not disable anything.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Fresh user
2. Configure System Tray
3. Show all Entries
4. Try to disable something
5. Cry

Running plasma 5.19.3, Qt 5.15.0

This is a regression introduced in 5.19.3, fixed in:
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-workspace/-/merge_requests/145

Fix will land with 5.19.4 and 5.20. As a workaround, you need manually change "Disabled" to something else, for every single item... Sorry for inconvenience!
