Stuck on Remote Device Type page

SUMMARY
Attempting to setup "other" remote devices in Ekos Pofile Wizard gets user stuck on Remote Device Type page.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch KStars.
2. Open Ekos by clicking on Ekos icon on toolbar or Tools -> Ekos.
3. Click on "Launch Ekos Profile Wizard" icon.
4. Click Next.
5. Select "Equipment is attached to a remote device".
6. Click on "Other".

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens, user is stuck on this page/step.

EXPECTED RESULT
New page/step with Host and Port fields.
