SUMMARY
I have updated to the latest source and reloaded a scheduler job that had already completed.

I select the reset job button but it does not appear to be doing anything. I ended up creating another scheduler job and it worked.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. load a saved scheduler job with status 'complete'
2. select a job you want to repeat
3. select reset state and force reevaluation
4. start scheduler and it starts - says no jobs and shuts down

OBSERVED RESULT
Complete remains displayed and scheduler shuts down

EXPECTED RESULT
Complete changed to scheduled and jobs start when conditions are met
