SUMMARY
Okular does not remember the page that was last read on a certain pdf document. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open pdf document
2. go to any page
3. close and reopen Okular

OBSERVED RESULT
First page is shown

EXPECTED RESULT
The last visited page should be shown

If it works with other pdf and not with this one, we're going to need that pdf

My bad! Just realized that it doesn't work because the pdf is on a network folder.
Sorry!
