SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set "F12" to open Konsole
2. Save
3. Tried other apps as well, like changing "Ctrl+Esc" to open Ksysguard

OBSERVED RESULT
None of my settings for custom keys are working. This is a fresh neon install.

EXPECTED RESULT
Shortcut keys to open apps.
