Highlights activity switch freezing.

SUMMARY
If I press Meta+Tab, it pstevvvvulls up the activity switcher, however, after I let go, the activity switcher remains frozen over everything else on the screen. The only way to remove it is by running 'plasmashell --replace'. Other elements of the shell remain interactable, INCLUDING parts of the activitiy switcher(though not all). This has happened consistenly since updating to 5.19.3. This appears to be a re-emergence of #393912- https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=393912 which was fixed in 5.13

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press meta+tab
2. Profit

OBSERVED RESULT
Activity switcher is frozen on screen

EXPECTED RESULT
Activity switcher dissapears after letting go of meta+tab

I've seen multiple people reporting this recently, but I can't reproduce it with a single activity on my machine.

Perhaps some additional context? I am using Latte Dock with Kvantum instead of Breeze, and the following is my system info-

Operating System: Manjaro Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.19.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.72.0
Qt Version: 5.15.0
Kernel Version: 5.7.9-1-MANJARO
OS Type: 64-bit
Processors: 8 × Intel® Core™ i5-8265U CPU @ 1.60GHz
Memory: 7.5 GiB of RAM
Graphics Processor: Mesa Intel® UHD Graphics 620

i can send my latte layout file, if that might be the reason for discrepencies.
