Discover with Breeze global theme

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set global theme to Breeze OR global theme to Breeze and Plasma style to Breeze Dark
2. open Discover and click on "Settings" in the sidebar
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Compare the attached screesnshots showing Discover with Breeze and Breeze Dark global themes and observe the buttons in the header bar.

EXPECTED RESULT
visible/readable icons/labels

Operating System: KDE neon Unstable Edition
KDE Plasma Version: 5.19.80
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.73.0
Qt Version: 5.14.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
new GHNS windows and Kamoso are also affected.

Fixed on neon unstable.

ops, now the ptoblem occurs when Breeze Dark global theme is used.
