SUMMARY
Elisa must have used the internet on 1st use to get information concerning music already present on local machine to produce song titles and artists not available in local files WITHOUT permission. 
Meaning Elisa scans local files and there details or more and looks them up on the internet without user permission.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. elisa installed by default
2. run elisa via Application menu
3. WITHOUT permission, it scans local files.
4. song titles and artists shown without any prompts

OBSERVED RESULT
Elisa shows song titles and artists

EXPECTED RESULT
prompt to setup music Directory
And
Request for permission to use internet to produce song titles and artists.

Elisa is not accessing internet but your local files.

Elisa is using your standard music directory by default instead of asking the user to configure something. That will not change.
