SUMMARY

When displaying a line-chart, showing y-scale labels and indicator lines would be helpful. The system monitor widgets actually did this, two revisions ago, but then it was dropped for some reason.

The legend shows the current value, but other than that you have no comparison value of past values on the chart. When you show past CPU usage and the current value reads 70%, looking at a spike happening a couple seconds before, you can pretty much only tell that it was more than 70%. There's no visual indicator where 100% is, or 90%, etc.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
KDE Plasma Version: 5.19.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.71.0
Qt Version: 5.15.0

They'll be back in Plasma 5.20. :) Sorry for the oversight.
