Please watch the attached screen recording. You will notice that the scrollbar disappears during a few milliseconds after click on "Get new wallpapers..." button.

EXPECTED RESULT
scrollbar should remain visible after click on "Get new wallpapers..." button

neither neon unstable nor Arch running Plasma 5.20 beta has this behavior.
