Screenshot of kcm_mouse in System Settings

I see no advanced settings in the kcm_mouse available.

The available settings are very basic (see attached screenshot)

Shouldn't there be more options? I use a Logitech MX Master and other than reassigning a middle click I can't configure anything.

Operating System: Kubuntu 20.04
KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.68.0
Qt Version: 5.12.8
Kernel Version: 5.4.0-42-generic
OS Type: 64-bit
Processors: 4 × Intel® Core™ i3-6100U CPU @ 2.30GHz
Memory: 7,6 GiB of RAM

These are the only options available when using the Libinput mouse driver. If you want more configurability, you can either ask the Libinput maintainers to add some (unlikely; they're fairly anti-configurability) or you can use the older evdev mouse driver, which has more options available.

However it's worth asking: what more are you expecting? What's missing? What's the exact problem you're experiencing?

I can't reassign the additional buttons. But I will check if a driver change will help, thank you for the feedback.

Ah, button re-assignment is something that would have to be implemented on our side but isn't. That's tracked with Bug 386670.
