SUMMARY
The empty entry only appears if the removed app is the first one.
Watch the attached screen recording please.

EXPECTED RESULT
Global Shortcuts kcm should never show an empty entry after app removing.

Is that some QML bug? A QTreeview shows the model correctly and QAbstractItemModelTester doesn't complain.
