Please make bug reports in English; and please check the settings->dockers menu and select the brush preset docker (no idea what it's called in your language) so it's shown again.

Generally for this kind of issues with Krita like missing parts of the UI or tablet issues it's better if you first search for an answer on a user support forum like krita-artists.org. They are much more user friendly and accept different languages, at least with help from Google Translate. This website 'bugs.kde.org' is more for developers than users.

If there was a bug somewhere there would be people on krita-artists.org telling you how exactly you should report a bug.
