example of compressed file that fails with KArchive

When in try to decompress a concatenated bzip2 file with multiple streams in Ark or Krusader, it fails with the error message (Ark):

There was an error while reading ‘/some/path/to/file.bz2’ during extraction.

The file decompresses fine with the bzip2 command.
