SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. After i finish installing neon i add analog clock on my desktop and removed about 4 times in differnt days.
2. The problem is when i reboot my pc on my desktop apear 4 analog clock widget i remove them and if i reboot apear back

Are you using the Wayland session, or X11?

If you don't know, you're probably using X11.

Can you attach ~/config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc before and after removing the clocks again?

After the notification has vanished or you closed it manually

I do manually.

I meant for the after file to do it after the notification is closed ;D

Do you mean to add that command to terminal?Because i don't get you.Sorry but i am a noob user so all i know is to copy paste :))

Sorry, I mistyped the file is 
~/.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc
(I forgot the . in front of config)

Permission denied

Permission denied when reading the file or something else? Just typing the file name in the terminal won't work. Open the hidden .config folder in dolphin  by  typing in the adressbar (/home/yourname/.config). Then you can attach the file here.

That made me think of another piece of info. Can you paste the output of 
ls -l ~/.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc
?

I find -appletsrc and i find 
[Containments][1][Applets][33]-[34] [35] and 36
immutability=1
plugin=org.kde.plasma.analogclock
If i delete them from here is that ok?

I deleleted all 4 lines [Applets] 33 34 35 and 36 from plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc and after reboot is ok

Sounds like this was caused by an issue in your config file.
