Showing project setting, timeline timecode, and scrubber timecode

SUMMARY
The time code that shows where in the timeline your scrubber is is stuck in 25fps, no matter the project settings. This leads to some extremely mismatched time codes the longer the video. For example, if I have a 60fps project, by the time I get to 1 second in the timeline, the scrubber will show 00:02.10. This has led to issues during playback and previewing where video will cut around to try and "catch up" to it's proper place, making editing a challenge.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have Windows 10
2. Open Kdenlive 20.04.0 or newer
3. Set project settings to anything other than 25fps

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 10

Same here,

w/ version 20.04.1
on both windows 7 and 10

Just after fresh installed (w/ new user profile),
when having been launched the kdenlive,
the blank new default project setting is "HD 1080p 29.97 fps"
and the timeline is graduated well. (30 graduations per 1 second).
But, the timestamp of monitor window is wrong. It works as if it is of 25fps.

One another,
The timestamp on the effect pane is also wrong.

In my case,
explicitly change project setting to another and back to HD 1080p 29.97 fps,
then the timestamps in the timeline, monitor window, effect pane
get along with each other correctly.

The timecode showing in the timeline represent the cursor position and not the playhead position. I think this issue is solved with upcoming Kdenlive 20.08 and MLT 6.23. Please check ones 20.08 is available.

not resolved completely in kdenlive 20.08

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch kdenlive 20.08 --> Initially, the project profile is HD 25fps
(Alternatively, File -> New -> OK (with default profile HD 1080p 25fps highlighted)
2. Add a HD 29.97fps clip in the project --> "Switch to clip profile?" popup appears
3. Press "Switch" button --> Project profile switches to 29.97fps
4. Now the timeline and monitor has different timestamps

I can confirm the issue with a 59.94fps clip.

Click on Audio view (top right) the timeline value and the monitor value is correct. Click on Editing view (top right): the values are still correct. Can you confirm this behavior?
