When using multiple workspaces it would be nice if there is something that needs to be opened in dolphin(e.g KDE Connect browsing the phone file system or when opening a recently connected removable drive), the dolphin that is open in that workspace be used instead of redirecting to another workspace. If there is no dolphin instance in that workspace, then a new one will be made.
