SUMMARY
When I try to open .cbr files Okular gives me the error "Cannot open document, neither unrar nor unarchiver were found" but I've installed (and reinstalled) unrar and it still gives me the error. This occurs in the Okular release on the Microsoft store as well as the 6 July 20 nightly build and the Chocolatey package.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Okular on Windows
2. Attempt to open a .cbr file via Okular's File>Open menu

Error message

File would open
