SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use the Selection tool, use mouse wheel to zoom in and out. Notice behaviour of the time line
2. Switch to the Razor tool. Use mouse wheel to zoom in and out. Notice the behaviour of the time line

OBSERVED RESULT
The zoom in/out behaviour is different when using the Razor tool, compared to the selection tool. This is unnerving.

Please try with the current Kdenlive AppImage version 20.04.1b to see if there are any packaging issues https://files.kde.org/kdenlive/release/ 

If the problem/issue doesn't occur when using the AppImage, then it's your configuration or packaging.

Thanks for your report! First of all please update to the latest version (20.12.3 at the moment, https://kdenlive.org/en/download/) and test again.

If the bug is still present please describe better how the behavior is different (otherwise please close).
